1) In what way have you experienced the presence of some force beyond the physical or material aspect of life?

2) What principles do you use in understanding what the following events mean (how they fit or don't fit into an overarching scheme or destiny for humans):

A) disappointments in finding a love relationship, a job, or admittance to a school

B) the presence of serious diseases and injuries in life

C) the presence of human evil in the world

D) death

1) I'm not sure that there is a force beyond the material, or that matter is some other substance than mind. I don't like discussing things that only I have perceived so much. The proof should speak for itself.

2) A. I trust in God and don't dwell on it. Everything else is fear.

B. See A. But I also believe in medicine, so I'm not one of those people who wouldn't see a doctor if he had a life threatening illness. People prayed to God for a cure for those things and maybe God works through people to create such cures.

C. I think the presence of human evil revolves around the presence of human fear and distrust. I forfeit control.

D. I don't dwell on it. When it comes it comes. You can't live your life in fear.
